Roxanne’s passion for helping job seekers improve their career prospects and quality of life began during her experience as a recruiter with a global outsourcing firm. After reviewing thousands of resumes and screening, interviewing, and hiring hundreds of job applicants she realized that many candidates truly struggled with resumes and interviewing. She started the Job Search Strategy Lab to help job seekers maximize their success and achieve their career goals.
